Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital seeks a clinically competent RN to provide safe, therapeutic care to acutely ill medical-surgical patients. You will use the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications include California RN licensure, ACLS/BLS as appropriate, an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and competency in IV therapy and medication administration.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in California required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required when appropriate.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

• Accountable to the unit Manager and/or the Director of the department.
• Adherence to identified nursing standards of practice.
• Annually demonstrates competence in critical behaviors for assigned area.
• Promotes unity and teamwork among coworkers by maintaining a positive attitude and relationships.
• IV competency in IV therapy.
• Must demonstrate competency in medication administration.
• Planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating each patient’s care as directed by the RN.
• Participates in organization-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Demonstrates IRAISE values in all professional interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager / Director / Clinical Lead RN
