University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for acutely ill medical/surgical patients. You will work within interdisciplinary teams, carry out established nursing procedures, and provide safe, therapeutic care in a fast-paced unit.

The role requires CA RN licensure, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS as appropriate, and may demand ACUITY-specific experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in California is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications are required as applicable.
• One year of acute care experience is preferred.
• RN experience in the specific department is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, implement and evaluate care for each patient. RN may delegate care to licensed or unlicensed staff within scope.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement activities.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate IRAISE values in all patient care interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Director/Clinical Lead RN.
