Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia is seeking a clinically competent Registered Nurse to provide safe, therapeutic care to acutely ill patients in medical/surgical and maternal child health settings. You will perform nursing processes, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and promote a positive work environment.

The role requires CA RN licensure, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS as applicable, and proven competency in medication administration and IV therapy.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in California (current CA RN licensure).
• ACLS certification where appropriate.
• BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement and evaluate nursing care for each patient.
• Coordinate with LVN, CNA, nursing student, and logistics staff as needed.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement programs and quality control.
