Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in Florida.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with diverse diagnoses in acute care.
• Provides extensive patient and family education.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team care with rehab, nursing, physicians, and dietitians.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and supports efficient workflow.
