Monadnock Family Services seeks a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join a 24/7 mobile outreach team addressing psychiatric crises in the community. You will stabilize crises, coordinate with police and first responders, and work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to prevent hospitalizations.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and at least two years of related experience, with travel 50–75% within and outside the catchment area. Transportation and flexible shifts are required.
The Acute Care Services (ACS) / Mobile Crisis Clinician will be part of a team providing 24/7 mobile outreach to those in the community who are in psychiatric crisis. The purpose of this program is to provide immediate interventions to stabilize the crisis in an effort to avoid psychiatric hospitalization. The Mobile Crisis Clinician and the Mobile Crisis Team will work in partnership with police, first responders, schools, and other community stakeholders. This role will report to the Director of Acute Care Services & Mobile Crisis.
Travel is required both within and outside of our Community Mental Health Center catchment area. Approximately 50-75%.
Clinicians must be available to respond to dispatch requests for the duration of their shift and work beyond their shift, as needed, based on coverage and dispatch needs.
