Job summary

Center for Life Management is seeking an experienced clinician for an ACS MCRT per diem role in New Hampshire. The position emphasizes accurate assessment, triage, and referrals to behavioral health services, supporting a Mobile Crisis Response Team operating across community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, coordinating with hospital and community providers, and ensuring timely documentation in accordance with agency and state standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed or license eligible in NH preferred (LICSW, LCMHC or LMFT).
• Minimum of two years direct mental health experience.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to triage general behavioral health needs and crises.
• Provide psychosocial and diagnostic assessment to determine best treatment options.
• Assess need for psychiatric hospital admission and facilitate admission with insurance authorization.
• Provide short-term crisis stabilization and counseling to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with treatment team, hospital staff, and external providers for wrap-around care.
