Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide skilled, compassionate care to acutely ill patients. You will assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to policies and protocols, maintaining professional standards and patient safety under the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.

Join a 0.9 FTE RN position with 12-hour shifts in a Critical Access Hospital featuring a Level II Cardiac Center and Level IV Trauma Care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• WA nursing license active.
• 1+ year RN experience in acute care; telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per policy and physician orders.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely in EMR.
• Develops and updates patient care plans within 24 hours of admission.
• Participates in orientation and team trainings to maintain care standards.
• Ensures patient safety and privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
