Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a busy acute setting. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patients while adhering to policies and procedures.

This role requires a WA nursing license, BLS, and ACLS, with 12-hour shifts and a 40-hour work week. Experience in telemetry or cardiac care is preferred; benefit options are extensive and designed to support staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an active license.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of RN experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per policy and physician orders.
• Document care plans, vital signs, and patient responses accurately.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the care team.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Support orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Assist with department projects and quality improvement initiatives.
