Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Current and unrestricted Washington State Nursing license.

• Documents patient care, vital signs, and outcomes accurately.
• Communicates with physicians and health care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains patient safety and privacy following HIPAA guidelines.
• Participates in orientation, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities.
