Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise direct care nursing staff to meet patient care standards.
• Oversee unit coverage for acuity, absences, and leave time.
• Perform rounds, nurse assessments within 8 hours of admission, and care plan initiation.
• Coordinate nursing, medical and behavioral health care with staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll pre-process, and inventory.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and staff education.
