Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health seeks a Nurse Supervisor RN to oversee direct care nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing acuity-based coverage, and coordinating with clinical leaders. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to nursing standards in a behavioral health setting.

The position requires a current RN license, two+ years of RN experience, with preferred BSN and psychiatric nursing certification.

Formación

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Two or more years' experience as an RN required.
• One or more years' experience in behavioral health experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides, delegates, coordinates and evaluates care of patients through the collaborative efforts of team members and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice.
• Provide general nursing care in a facility.
• Identifies and prioritizes issues of importance, including those priority issues as set by leadership.
• Communicates instructions, expectations and timelines clearly and concisely.
• Assists in updating and revising the plan of care as goals/objectives are met or when the patient's condition changes.
