Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state.
• BSN preferred; associates degree or diploma acceptable for entry.
• Maintain BLS and unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or procedures.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and direction to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and other departments for patient care and issue resolution.
• May require weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call status.
