Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• Proficient in documentation, rounds, and patient/family education.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and coordinate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families to promote health and well-being.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Document learning needs and ensure accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners on care plans.
• Support growth and development of peers and contribute to community service.
