• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans and adjust as needed.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members on health care options.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly with team.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support healing.

• Contribute to peers' development and community service initiatives.
