Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and evaluating patient responses.

You will follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act, delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies, educate patients and families, and collaborate with colleagues to design and adjust care plans that ensure safety and quality.

Competenze

• Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.
