Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of start.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust plans to reach outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower better healthcare choices.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly with the team.
• Coordinate patient care with colleagues and community resources to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain compliance with Texas Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
