Job summary

Prisma Health’s Greer Medical Campus seeks an experienced registered nurse for the Facility Resource Pool. This role provides clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting, practicing evidence-based nursing and coordinating with the healthcare team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safety, documentation, and compliance with policies. Night shift expectations include weekend/holiday/on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two years of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team to implement and evaluate care.
• Ensure patient safety, proper documentation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
