Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current RN license recognized by the state (NCSBN Compact) or licensed to practice as an RN in the state of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care according to the established nursing plan.
• Performs nursing assessments and documents findings and plan of care.
• Develops and updates patient care plans in collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.
• Identifies goals and outcomes for discharge and coordinates post-discharge care as needed.
• Delivers care with attention to safety, infection control, and quality improvement.
• Contributes to unit performance improvement and ensures accurate, timely documentation.
