• New Graduate RNs starting on or after 1/1/25 must earn BSN within 3 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and document changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals and participate in discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage with patients to promote comfort, trust, and safety.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions and stabilization.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety measures.
