Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care meeting physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate, and document the plan of care and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostics; report changes to team.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safe patient environment and promptly address safety concerns.
• Document charges and supplies used to provide patient care.
