Qualifications

• Associate Of Nursing required at hire.
• At least 1 year of RN experience at hire.
• Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment, provide nursing care to meet physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document plan of care including discharge planning.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures, report changes and ensure safety.
• Report Skills: provide and receive Bedside Shift Reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and address hazards.
• Supplies: document charges and supplies used for patient care.
