Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in state of practice or compact license
• BLS certification required for patient safety

• Experience in acute care hospital within the last 12 months preferred
• Completion of post-offer screenings and background checks may be required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for assigned patients
• Assess patients' comprehensive needs and discharge planning requirements
• Review patient history and lab data; report abnormal results to physicians
• Formulate and revise patient-specific care plans and discharge plans
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate healthcare team activities
