Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice (Arizona).
• BLS certification required.
• OBGYN/Labor & Delivery experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Plan and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and monitor nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and self-care.
