Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year as a registered nurse in an acute setting.
• Competencies: patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with health care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develop and update patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Assess patient status and communicate changes to the care team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
