Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license recognized in state; compact license acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; internship/residency options acceptable.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment and develop care plan with patient and team.
• Deliver direct patient care consistent with the nursing plan.
• Coordinate with providers and healthcare team; document progress.
• Monitor safety and quality of care; participate in audits.
• Support discharge planning and transitions of care.
