Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Inpatient acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using standards and tools.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient/family and team.
• Updates the plan as patient's condition changes.
• Monitors care quality and ensures safety and compliance.
• Performs duties aligning with unit policies and RN scope.
