Prisma Health in Sumter, SC is seeking an experienced RN to provide clinical direction in an acute inpatient setting. You will lead nursing assessments, care planning, and teamwork to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes compliance with safety, policy, and quality improvement, with potential weekend/on-call scheduling as needed. Bonus eligible and requires licensure renewal and ongoing education.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Inpatient acute care experience preferred.

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using standards and tools.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient/family and team.
• Updates the plan as patient's condition changes.
