Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory care from an AMA accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field preferred.
• 0-3 years of acute care experience.
• CRT certification required; national board credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders per standards.
• Operate and monitor Ventilators and related equipment.
• Monitor oxygen, gas mix, humidity; perform spirometry and blood gas analysis.
• Document patient assessments and electronic medical records.
• Respond to CPR and assist airway management.
• Improve workflow and interdepartmental processes.
