Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Texas RN License or Texas Graduate Nurse Permit required upon hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 6 months of hire.
• Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Responsibilities

• Independently uses the nursing process to care for a group of patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient care plans.
