Job summary

The Supervisor, Rehabilitation, manages daily operations of the Rehabilitation/Therapy departments to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with Rehabilitation leadership aims to maintain care standards and optimize outcomes.

The role requires an active state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or Athletic Training, BLS certification within 30 days, and at least three years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active license in state of practice for PT/OT/SLP/AT (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days).
• Three years clinical experience in area of specialty (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with standards. Provides direct patient care and supervision as needed.
• Assists leadership in developing operating and capital budgets, focusing on productivity and cost control.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention of staff with optimal staffing levels.
• Implements quality improvement programs and maintains equipment safety and processes.
• Develops strategies for task management and intervention implementation, facilitating research and resources.
