Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center seeks an experienced Rehab Services Manager to lead the acute care rehabilitation team. You will remain clinically engaged while growing a high-performing PT, OT, and SLP group in a world-class academic medical center.

You will drive evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across complex trauma, burn, and neurologic cases, with access to Hopkins education and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland licensure in PT, OT, or SLP (or MD certification in rehabilitation-related field).
• 3+ years recent acute care experience providing direct patient care in fast-paced hospital settings.
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) – we value team leads, charge roles, preceptors, and emerging leaders.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

What You Bring

Required:

• Active Maryland licensure in PT, OT, or SLP (or MD certification in rehabilitation-related field)
• 3+ years recent acute care experience providing direct patient care in fast-paced hospital settings
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) – we value team leads, charge roles, preceptors, and emerging leaders
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification

Preferred:

• Master's or Doctoral degree
• Prior management or supervisory experience in acute care rehabilitation
• Experience with trauma, burn, neuro, or critical care populations
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality metrics, and financial management

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Salary Range: Minimum $54.35/hour - Maximum $95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
