• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; licensure required.
• DPT from an accredited program; licensure required.
• Master’s in speech-language pathology required; Doctorate preferred.

• Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet service demands.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to rehabilitation staff.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based care.
• Participate in direct patient care as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
