Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible; must pass exam within 6 months if in eligible status.
• For graduates after Jan 1, 2024, completion of a master’s degree by an accredited university is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients in acute care and specialized populations.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess, diagnose, and manage complex nutrition needs.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change and patient outcomes.
• Mentor dietetic interns and new graduates; support and educate staff.
