Intermountain Health in Billings, MT seeks a Registered Dietitian Specialist to advance from Clinical Dietitian with mentorship and a clear growth path. You will lead nutrition support in an acute care setting, deliver MNT, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex cases in a full-time role.

The role offers structured onboarding, training in TPN and tube feeding, and a pathway to the Clinical Dietitian Specialist with competitive hourly pay and relocation or sign-on where

Competenze

• Registered Dietitian with CDR or eligible; must pass exam within 6 months of hire.
• Master’s degree required for registration-eligible graduates after Jan 1, 2024.
• Completion of an ACEND-accredited program (Dietetics internship/coordinated program).
• State licensure/certification required within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to acute care patients.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to assess and manage complex needs.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change and outcomes.
• Utilize nutrition tools to develop personalized care plans.
• Mentor interns and new graduate dietitians.
• Implement evidence-based nutrition practices with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage nutrition care across discharge planning and DME ordering.
• Independently write and manage nutrition orders as an RD/RDN.
