Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our acute care team in Palmdale, CA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a physical therapist in acute care facility preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum with a Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral degree and licensure.
• Current California Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California).
• If CA PT License Applicant (PTLA) Letter recipient: licensing exam must be passed within 120 days from letter date.
• BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.
