Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required.
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ mobility and function.
• Develop and implement goal-directed treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing reassessment and modify plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients and families; provide home programs and self-care recommendations.
• Complete timely documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated care.
