Job summary

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS certification.

• Experience in acute physical therapy settings.
• Additional certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' mobility, impairments, and daily activities.
• Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable goals.
• Plan and implement treatment activities to improve impairments and function.
• Provide ongoing reassessment and modification of treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and patient/family teaching, including home programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate time management and meet department productivity standards.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities and mentorship.
