Qualifications

  • Preferred: experience in acute physical therapy settings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complete and thorough evaluations of patients' chief complaints and functional status.
  • Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable goals.
  • Plan and implement treatment activities to improve impairments and mobility.
  • Provide ongoing reassessment and adjust plans as patients progress.
  • Discharge planning and patient/family education, including home programs.
  • Complete timely documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
