Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA).

Responsabilités

• Interprets physician referrals and performs musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes and implements a plan of care with measurable functional goals.
• Documents patient care, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing records per policy.
• Manages caseload, coordinates with physicians and team members, and ensures timely discharges with home programs.
