Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our full-time acute care rehabilitation team at 37501 Davie Medical Center. You will assess and treat patients, develop functional plans, and maintain timely documentation in line with standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in NC with current licensure.
• BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification current (every 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with comprehensive, functional plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries per policy.
• Meet department productivity and budget expectations; adjust schedules as needed.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provide education and training to staff; participate in committees.
• Supervise PT students and PT assistant trainees.
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
• Deliver patient care aligned with age and development guidelines.
• Foster a cooperative work environment through teamwork and communication.
