Fairview Health Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support acute care needs at Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center West Bank, West Building in Minneapolis. The role emphasizes safe, evidence-based patient care, collaborative planning with patients and families, and achieving meaningful outcomes.

The position includes 72 hours per two-week pay period with 80 hours paid, a 3-day/week schedule, and additional weekend incentives within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Minnesota
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Partner with patient and family during evaluation and re-evaluation
• Gather pertinent data and perform examinations
• Develop and implement individualized plan of care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively
• Establish discharge plans and patient education
