Fairview Health Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support acute care needs at Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center West Bank, West Building in Minneapolis. The position includes 72 hours per two-week pay period with 80 hours paid, a 3-day/week schedule, and additional weekend incentives within a comprehensive benefits package.

In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
