Pediastaff in Aberdeen, WA seeks a Physical Therapist to join its hospital-based acute care inpatient team. This full-time role offers $46–$55 per hour depending on experience and includes a $12,000 career bonus potential over three years.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support discharge planning and positive outcomes. Comprehensive benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in providing acute care therapy across hospital units.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical conditions, abilities, and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in the acute care inpatient setting.
• Treat patients across medical, orthopedic, ICU, and ED settings as appropriate.
• Promote mobility, functional independence, safety, and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Participate in staff education, in-services, and clinical program development.
• Assist with the general operation of the therapy department.
