Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment and develops an appropriate plan with goals.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations, progress and discharge notes.
• Meets department productivity and budget expectations and adjusts schedules.
• Participates in quality improvement and process optimization.
• Provides education and training to healthcare staff and may represent the department on committees.
• Supervises students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality care.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians and staff.
• Delivers age-appropriate care according to developmental guidelines.
• Upholds hospital standards and fosters a cooperative work environment.
