Atrium Health in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for PRN opportunities at our acute care locations. This is not a float or travel role; assignments will be based on clinical need.

The PT evaluates patients, develops care plans, administers therapy, documents progress, and coordinates with physicians and staff. Bachelor's degree in PT and NC state licensure required; CPR/BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in PT from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• CPR and BLS certification required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops appropriate PT plans.
• Gathers data from records and physicians to guide care.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans.
• Re-evaluates patients and adjusts goals as needed.
• Communicates progress to physicians and care team.
• Directs staff and assists with orientation and training.
