Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility, working with a collaborative rehab and nursing team. A valid PT license or eligibility to practice in the state is required, with strong MS Office and electronic documentation skills.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on or $10,000 relocation bonus, generous PTO, flexible schedules, and a strong education department to help you stay current in the field.

Qualifications

• Must provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to practice in the employed state.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Team player with ability to work in a team setting.
• Flexible hours to accommodate coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
