Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our acute care team. The role emphasizes patient education and delivering high-quality, one-on-one care in a fast-paced setting. A servant-leader mindset and dedication to patient outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) required.

Job description

• 60-day mentorship with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• About 10 patients/day
• $8,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and truly value patient care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
