Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a nonprofit acute care team. The role emphasizes education, 1:1 patient care, and a patient-centered approach to injury and recovery within a 200+ bed medical center.

The position offers full-time permanent work with a 5-8 schedule, 8-5 shifts, and one in four weekend rotations. New grads welcome; relocation assistance and loan forgiveness are available to support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) required.
• Desire to work in Acute Care and treat patients individually.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.
• Experience in Acute Care preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations.

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
