Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role at a stroke-certified hospital in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. You’ll work across ICU, General Medicine, Stroke, Cardiac, and Orthopedics with structured mentorship and training. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The position offers CEU support, a $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, and a $10,000 loan forgiveness bonus to help you grow and stay with the hospital system.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Graduates as well as Experienced Therapists seeking growth in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Detail-oriented and analytical while maintaining a clear understanding of the big picture of patient care
