Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy Admin for a part-time, 8-hour day shift. You will dispense unit-dose and stock medications to nursing units and other departments, triage orders, and maintain the automated dispensing system (ADS).

Minimum qualifications include a H.S. Diploma or GED, California Pharmacy Technician License, and 1 year of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system with PTCB certification

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
California Pharmacy Technician License required upon hire.
1 year pharmacy practice in integrated health system with PTCB certification, or 2 years hospital pharmacy without PTCB.

Responsibilities

Fill/dispense unit-dose medications and stock meds to nursing units.
Fill/dispense oral and IV medications.
Triaging patient orders and maintaining the automated dispensing system (ADS).
