Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
• Current and unrestricted California Pharmacist License; out-of-state eligible.
• Management or supervisory experience in ambulatory care or equivalent.
• PGY1 residency completion or 3+ years pharmacist leadership experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulations and patient care improvements.
